Found this one Studebaker Farm Truck offered for sale by the owner at Craigslist for $18,500 located in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. Described as a good example condition and has been transform as hotrod truck.

1947 Studebaker Farm Truck Hotrod
M15A Stakebody rescued from a Connecticut farm. The original drivetrain, suspension, steering, interior and gas tank have been removed. The cab was removed from the frame and the floors were rebuilt using 1” square tube and heavy gauge sheet metal and new cab mounts were welded in. The frame was cleaned and painted with Eastwood Rust Encapsulator and Chassis Satin Black. The underside of the cab, fenders, engine compartment, and bed have been coated with Rust Encapsulator to make sure it lasts another 76 years. The wheel base has been shortened to the standard M5 wheel base and the frame has been shortened accordingly. The bed was found in St Louis and brought back to New England for the build. The exterior has not been painted save for misting the bed with Eastwood Red Rust Encapsulator to help it better match the cab. This is an Old-School build using all new parts with the exception of the engine and rear differential. Less than 500 miles since completion. Details of the build are as follows:

Found this at Craigslist, interesting American old truck made by Studebaker in the 40s, as you've seen here is extremely rare 1948 Studebaker R-series truck still remain with the original paint with low mileage reported. This could be perfect start to restored. Asking $12995 located in Long Beach.

Owner says
This is a low mileage truck with original paint and a rebuilt engine, new tires and extensive brake work. The truck has been converted to a 12-volt alternator for bright lights and easy starting and has been mostly rewired. 1948 R series truck customized in 1948 for the Studebaker dealership, this truck was given every available option like the overdrive transmission which makes this a freeway viable truck with a 31 MPG fuel rating. The truck was also outfitted with the largest available engine from the 2.5 ton truck. Designed by Raymond Lowey, one of the greatest mid-century industrial designers, this is the first 2 months of the revolutionary R series which was the first truck with column shift and no running boards.
